Offshore equities can still do you a world of good

The continuing rally in global equity markets has rewarded unit trust investors who heeded fund managers' advice, following the financial crisis in 2008, to invest in these markets. The strong depreciation of the rand has also benefitted those who invested in offshore equities at least a year ago.
